So i had an accident a few days ago and got a pretty bad cut on my calf area exposing the calf muscle, and i got 5 stitches. So I was hoping i could get some sort of advice as to how long to wait until i can start with my running again. I am a runner. It gets frustrating to just sit there and not be able to do what you're really good at. Also wanted to know some exercises that i can perform (mainly upper body) to burn certain amount of calories to keep the weight in balance.
