Hi, I never thought I'd end up on a running forum. I am lazy and need to do something about it, so signed up for c25k. I have done 2 wks and actually enjoying it so far, to seasoned runners I know you are probably laughing, for me this is a big achievement. I have a problem though, my right knee is fine and actually since running, the cracking noises they both used to make is getting less, I always thought running would make it worse. My left knee thought is starting to hurt a bit and feels warm inside. I haven't had a fall or injured it, but I do pronate rather badly on that ankle and even with stability trainers I thought I would be ok. It almost feels like it's pulling my knee the opposite way and feels like it will pop out and I can feel muscle going h. Also when I then walk sometimes it feels like my knee is going to bend backwards, the opposite way it should move. Anyone with any info on a similar thing would be great, as I don't feel like a gp visit for this. Many Thanks.
