I am new to running (four weeks in), but am in good shape and have been cycling/weights for a long while. I have found that after about 15 minutes, the front of my ankle (from the knot of my laces for about three inches up my ankle) gets very tired and sore. As soon as I completely stop running or walking for a few minutes, the soreness goes away and i'm fine. Is there a great way to strengthen that part of my ankle?
