I am under the impression I shouldn't really use my running shoes for my cross training such as aerobics classes, tennis and circuit training because the support is in the wrong place.
However, I need to replace my old Reebok Low Levity Hex Trainers but can't find any decent X-Trainers at my local JJB or JD Sports or other high street sports shops. Everywhere else I look only seem to do running shoes.
Sportsshoes.com don't have a big enough range - help please anyone!
