POLAR S710 BIKE MOUNT and Software

I purchased the S710 as soon as it was available, the bike mount is useless. I think it's for the 'M' series of monitor. I have had several problems with the software as well. Anyone out there experienced similar problems. I an now going to try and obtain a free replacement bike mount from Polar as they have clearly supplied an accessory that is not suitable for the HR monitor.
