Only 2 more long runs to go before taper, after todays effort.
I have had an easier week this past week, so did 15 miles today in exactly 2 hours. It felt quite comfortable after the last few weeks of trying to add the necessary miles. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't put a bit less effort in now & then.
Actually looking foreward to my 21 miler next week, with a 22 miler planned for the week after.
Come on the 13th April.
