Well aim was 3:30, slightly changed as had viral Pnuemonia earlier in the yaer, but just about ready to kick FLMs BUTT and get my best time at FLM (currantly 3:51:14) (PB is 3:33:47 but that is unlikely).

Mum is getting better very slowly but at least she's improving. Dad has now come down with a chest infection too though so all fun and games!
