Marathon Training plan
Does anyone have a link to a training plan when you have a known race date and it gives you a comprehensive plan even if it is over 5 months
From what I have read, you don't really start targeting the marathon until the last 16-18 weeks, i.e. when all the schedules start.
Until then, I think it's a question of getting used to running longer distances.
If you look at the schedule link on www.myasics.com,they can pretty much start a programme whenever you need it for.
