Mornign Caz. Nope, rest day for me - or at least my legs. Yoga and upper body weights. I've missed out on a lot of weights lately with all the running.
Chest height apparently, not easy when the pool is divided length ways. I don't think the physios think about this when they tell you to do stuff. Do I run up and down or on the spot?
Well that was fun, not. I looked a right prat! I jogged on the spot as it's too slippy to run forwards. Pathetic attempt, but it didn't hurt so that's the main thing. I did a bit of swimming too to save face.
