Another good way to compare is by looking at your overall ranking / place between the races.
FLM '07 I was over 1100 places better than last year, despite taking 23min longer than FLM '06!

just disabling email notification. suddenly looked frighteningly popular.
I think everyone did great. Was initially a bit disappointed with my time but hey, we've just completed a marathon!!! :-)
