Going to the gym before w**k. Hope plodding shoes have dried as they along with everything else I was wearing got very wet last night during my plod at plodclub.
was it a good plod then?
According to the training schedule (sounds posh) today is 8 2w1r reps - and then I have to w**k until 7!!
But that's a long walk
