Reluctantly my entry for Plymouth is available if any one out there is interested. Unfortunately my IT band problems are forcing me to pull out, just can't risk a relapse at this stage.

I am really torn, but i just have the gut feeling that pulling out is for the best in the long term, will just have to focus on Windsor!
