Agree with Vrap - what I see in the mirror is 100 times better than what I see in photographs

I don't like the way I look but have learnt to live with it and know my worth as a whole person and that is what I try to project - although I could probably do with a visit from Trinny and Susannah and Aggie and Kim and the Would like to meet guys and the look good naked guy....... :O)

I definitely agree, Maddy & Vrap, I hate pics of myself except when I was very young. Maddy, if I were you I wouldn't worry at all, it's all a confidence thing!:)

I really like How to look good naked. I know its complete trash TV, but I love how it celebrates curves and all shapes and sizes. Nice and refreshing I think

In the last series they were given botox and stuff weren't they? And some women had all her 'excess' skin removed after losing weight on her tummy.

re: how to look good naked....ive seen a few of those, and that bloke for all his good advice looks like a right twonk with his daft hair and 'uber-cool' dress sense!

Also fair enough on celebrating curves and whatnot im all up for that....also telling women what to wear to flatter them...great, but there really sould be some pushing some people to 'ok you are a tad porky, so some exercise would make even bigger improvements than the bodystocking/apple catcher pants etc'. Plus - exercise is good for you psychologically too!

I agree Nick, I'm all for celebrating what you've got, but I also think you should do something about it if what you've got is unhealthy and can be changed by a bit of hard work

I always like the way in 10y younger tehy totally ripped appart the victims, by making them stand in the high st..in a bikini or whatever adn get people to guess thier age!
