Any one got any info on this race? it says its Undulating! but Ive found that the word Undulating is used very freely in most parts of Wales. They used it on Rhayader 20 around the lakes. Now I'd call that very hilly not Undulating!!!.

i know the park and there is nothing too steep there so I believe the 'undulating' description in this case! if it was used for the tenby 10K i wouldn't!!
