Ultra / Adventure racing
I'm getting withdrawal symptoms.
Ok RC, I'll help you out:
Any one any experience of using one in a race? How accurate was the distance reading? Did you complain to the organisers if the SDM gave a different distance? Any problems with interference from others using the same thing?
I'm going to use mine in the Kingston Breakfast run on Sunday to keep to an even average pace.
But how accurate is the course distance??
Are you planning on taking the racing line (shortest distance) throught the duration of the race??
(Just some food for though!)
PS - I think mines great. Atleast, I do since I've started wearing it on my arm; it was useless in camelbak pocket.
