8.34 miles this afternoon.Ran up to castle Dinas Bran,just over 1000ft climb.Plenty of lesser spotted walkers up there.Let the brakes off coming down so I'll most probably have sore quads tomorrow.
Left glute is sore again so it's been back to rolling it and ibrufon when I want to push the pace.
