Training for my first HM

Today is day one of my new training plan for Bath HM 2008. I have always been a fair/steady runner, not too fast, not too slow...completed Brighton 8K 2006 in 49:22.

I recently gave birth to my second little boy who is now a rather chubby 3 months old. I started running again about 5 weeks ago but have just started serious training again.

I think the hardest thing is having to start from scratch again. I am following a run/walk programme initially as I have plenty of time ahead of me.
