Candleford Canter 07 ladies only!!!

Hi Guys or should i say gals, i thought i would put up a blatent plug for this years candleford canter on Sunday the 28th October, as the race sponsor we want to see loads of you ladies running what cna only be described as one of the nicest courses in oxfordshire, the distance as ever is 10k  and entries are starting come in thick and fast if anyone has difficulty getting an entry form drop me an e mail and i will send you one back by return

this year all finishers will get a race shirt along with their goodie bag, we have also enlisted the help of a few local companies who are along with ourselves donating spot prizes so you don't have to win to get a prize, a PB or prehaps your birthday may just win you something nice to take away.
