All the figures on Smartcoach are in miles. There is no option for km. Do I have to go through each day's training and change it manually? Surely it would be easy to program this?!
What can I do instead of cross training? Would cycling be any good? Looking to do a half marathon.
have they changed this calculator since these comments were made -- the paces look better now, (from what I've put in anyway?). I've put in different times and figure I will actually run halfway between the paces it's given me. It looks a lot easier than the training plan I WAS following and I got injured using that so, fingers crossed this will be better.
