i think the definition of light is something under 9 stone or thereabouts, as that's what a lot of these shoe finder things seem to say...

i thought i was light for a bloke at 10.5 stone. i'd hope the shoe finder thing takes gender averages into account in which case fluffa has it right for the ladies I expect.
