Thanks for invite, but working weekend for me. Have a good night
Legs back to normal, but got three black toe nails making toes a bit fragile. Need to relook at trainers. Out tonight at big charity event - St Georges Day Ball ...... have treated self to lovely new dress, but may need to abandon shoes to boogie!!!
BIG Thanks Ultracas, fellow forumites and support groups made such a difference on the day, I was surprised at how much I actually enjoyed the experience - all photos I am grinning or waving - could have saved myself a whole load of time!!!

No running for me at the moment . Have got pain in ball of foot and up outside of right shin. Compartment Syndrome? I shall be mostly resting, take ibuprofen and icing my leg today. Really want to run though and it's only 3 weeks til Marlow 5 and I should be starting Garmin Sub 2:00 hour schedule in a week's time for Milton Keynes Half. Frustrated of Barnet.
Hope you're feeling better soon, sezz. I have managed my first run since FLM this morning - 4.5 miles at a very gentle 11:00mm average, but accelerating! Splits were 12:04, 11:12, 10:30, 10:36 & 5:09. It felt ok, so may try going out with the club tomorrow.
Sorry to hear of your injury, Sezz . . healing vibes headed towards Barnet . .
Meldy, do you want to get the train to Chorleywood? Research suggests there's a train we can catch gets there about 7.33PM? I don't want to misbehave too much on Saturday night having rather rashly undertaken to go to take photographs of the Stratford Marathon the following morning!!
Mind you, I'd sooner do that than wobble around on a bike for a 100M!! (And I'm describing me on a bike, Meldy, not suggesting that you're a wobbler!!)
Good run there, DianaD . . bet it was a little different to last week!
Sezz, that's good list on the go, has anyone mentioned this to JJ?
Yes we have a number of gluton free dishes on the menu and some gluton free pasta on the shelf. Some customers have even brought in their own gluton free pizza bases before.

Confirmed! I'll be there on Friday, Sezz - as long as I don't get lost!
Haven't I just spoken to you?
I'm sure she would. Just don't mistake her bedroom for the bathroom.
Am just watching repeat of Britain's Got Talent with the young lad who sang Pie Jesu. I'm crying

Rich - look out for some Tring runners at Startford. A few of our FLM rejects are going.
Sezz - hope the foot improves. Best to rest it. One of our ladies was fine after the marathon & went out on Tues & now has a calf strain!
I'll keep a look out for the Tring peeps, Mitten
We got a date, then Meldy, 7.05 from Aylesbury, 7.13 from Wendover, front coach
.............. like a moth to light
