If you don't want to post your weight you can hide it ie 1xst 6lb OR you can simply weigh yourself and post how many pounds you've lost! If you don't want to join the weigh ins that's completely fine. Do whatever you feel comfortable with...

Think it was actually just under 10st 1lb and today is actually 9st 13 9oz so it's only about a pound loss

so 0.9kgs or about 2 lbs in old money - woo ho!

Total lost for the group so far = 8.5 lbs (Pea was that 11s 4 to 11s?) If I've read Pea's figures wrong it needs reworking. Took Kazz's as 1lb as she suggested.
I have to say, I don't contribute much to the chat thread but I do like this - you're all saving me about a fiver a week for SW.

Afternoon. Well done everyone. Amazingly I've lost a pound. Rather bizarre considering I've barely been using any energy over the last week. It's probably fluid.
Still can't exericse which is driving me mad and the insomnia is kicking my arse still. Off to the GP on Monday so hopefully that will be the beginning of a turn around in the situation.

Well done to everyone! This thread is certainly better than any expensive WW type thing. Makes it easier to stick to being healthy when you can imagine people on here berating you! I know everyone is too polite for that but you know what I mean!
My magazine has arrived as well so all is going well.
10st4lb to 10st3lb... only a pound difference but then I've only just started training again 4 days ago. Lots of other benefits though!! I feel I have much more energy again even after just these few days, I feel much more 'awake', physically stronger and generally more focussed and together, which is nice.
My scale is really cheap and old... I wonder if I should invest in something "digital"...
