    Hi,

     Please don't remove me!  I haven't posted for a long time but put the idea of weight loss on hold for a while as had other stuff to deal with.

    Am now well and ready to start trying to shift a couple of pounds so will definitely weigh in next week!

  • Right. Think the list maintenance is a good idea and people can just paste their names in. Anyone is welcome to post Chynah but it's easier if people add their names in so we know who is still around.

    24lb !!  Wow, well done LE.  How did you do it, any particular diet?   I want to loose 7lbs and will probably try Slimming World again but I am addicted to chocolate image
  • Thanks Sezz. I got prettty ill last year Sezz so the weight came off pretty easily. Plus, I'm still pretty chunky. It's harder to lose a few pounds when you are closer to your target weight. 

     I actually increased the amount of carbs and fat I was eating, and dropped the protein percentage. So now I am for about 50-55% carbs, 15-18% protein and 25-30% fat. I use weightlossresources.co.uk    Also, I wasn't eating enough so I calculated how many calories I need by my BMR. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/   I also ensure I have two snacks a day.     Nil return for me this week - too much lazing around following FLM.  Starting xtraining next week so hopefully will start to shift a few lbs.

    Not fair !  lost nothing this week and I've run every day but Friday!  And an extra long one today too with lots of hills!

    Don't know how I managed to lose coz I've been ill, so no exercise and eating carp, so I expected to have put on.

    0lbs this week (-35lbs td) I am really stuck now hovering around at 10st 7lbs and am at a loss what to do.  I can't eat any less and am doing 2 hours of  exercise 6 days a week!  Anyway am away for my run in my new shoes!

    LE -30 lbs lost to date  - All surface weight from late last year so it came off quickly. Now I'm onto the reserve stuff that will be sllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooowwwwwweeeeerrrr
