Had to start again as I put on the 7lbs I took off since Christmas. Had a bit of a down week this week, in need of a good kick up the Arris to get started again.

sorry to hear about your family bereavement ((Trigger2)), well done for getting back on the scales - 12 lbs isn't far to go I started on here in January, lost the 9lbs I wanted to then put several back on ... recently I have been a chocaholic! I must start over - maybe I will pop back in next saturday to see if I can drop a pound ... good luck!
B please do pop back - it's very lonely on here at the mo. I too can be a chocaholic although alcohol has been my bag recently. Am hoping that the training I'm doing at the mo will help pull me out of the doldrums
well done on another 2lbs GFB. I am at the heaviest I have been for ages, almost back to where I was in January. My measurements haven't gone up hugely so I think some is muscle, but I definitely need to lose 5 or 6 pounds. I need to stop making excuses and sabotaging my own efforts by scoffing chocolate and stuff

put some on during that blinkin chest infection a couple of months ago but after a few weeks of consistent decent training I'm back under 10 stone. Yay! >shimmies<
Well done trigger 2 and Nam - I forgot to weight myself before breakfast, but after I was the same as last week - not surprised as although I have done the exercise I haven't got control of my eating again yet
