Fell off a mountain bike and then it fell on me - main damage was to my thigh - now heavily bruised from top of thigh to knee ten days on. Is it okay to run - I can walk normally , but I'm worried that I might damage the healing process...
Hi Mish, I would say that so long as it doesn't hurt too much when running, it should be ok. You could always try icing and elevating afterwards if you do get any problems.
