last race on 10th of april although i did the teffi 10 to qualify for the castles relay & then the castles but they were @ best get round races,i've done no significant training since march,tried sports massage physio,now giving a chiropracter ago but so far no improvement,cant go on too much as i got a reputation 4 iy on here

MM61- thanks for the warning about the "flat and fast" race- wasn't flat, but fairly fast- i loved it (apart from the awful weather!!)
5.85m by most people's reckonings, so well short of the 6m. Garmin time for me was 36.08 (6.12 av pace) and think MM got 38.xx
JD cracking time ,as i said you seem to be unstoppable now,please slow down soon
38.15 for me 6.35 pace,happy with that ,2nd fastest time for that course and managed to put one much younger Trot rival to bye byes
results see me rounded up to 36.09 and 12th - still very happy though

Well I was going to go down our van down Saint Davids for the weekend. Not the best place to be in this weather! so giving it a miss.

legs not to bed now son had 2 days off running but i am not going to be running a lot from now on going to put a lot more work in to the gym and boxing.
will be running tomorrow morning i have still got to do some running has part of my boxing training but no long runs a lot more speeswork/tempo runs
