Group 3 Rach E Captain Morgan (NtS) Kempez Orinocho
1730-2230 Fri 0830-1330 Sat 2330-0430 Sun
Then 3hours in the testostezone for a final blast up until 0730 for the finish.
Or the short answer (which I now wish I gave) was 10hours in between shifts!
As we WeRe.
Team 1 have finished their three sessions and team 2 are getting close to that point. Team 3 will claim the new WR around midnight, extend it by a few miles and then, as the sun rises all runners can enjoy a short 'eyeballs-out' session to prepare the fast twitch fibres for FLM.
Ran 11 miles this afternoon with Silent Assassin. Moaned at how sore feet, shins were when i got home. Feel very humble at reading the thread. You guys (and gal) are fantastic. I have lost count of the number of people that think i am insane to plod the streets day after day - and "enjoy it" - let them read this thread thats all i can say.
Hey Everyone!! Neil (Flu Boy) here!! Not posted yet as had to cough my guts up in every spare minute!!
Just want to say "Thanks" to everyone out there who have supported and are supporting us and for making all your generous donations!! Keep them coming in and help us reach our fundraising target!!
Also I would like to wish everyone out there who is doing the Marathon tomorrow the very best of luck. And remember - it dosen't matter if you are going for 2:15 or 8:00 - you are all heroes - never forget that!! We salute you!
One last word to the team - great bunch of guys and great runners!! Team (12) - you ROCK!!
