Llanelli Tri always do T shirts. Last year I did the duathlon, triathlon, half marathon and 10K. I now have 4 Tshirts, all with the same design, but the wording changed as appropriate.
Oh, roll on 2008, I now have the half marathon T with the year changed! I'm looking forward to the tri.

I've been doing Llanelli Tri events for close on 10 yrs, I have many similar T's, they are quite good for cleaning the car tho.
Nevermind that, its a cracking little race, get yourself entered and I'll see you at the start line.
I'll see how my drowning sessions progress...
The good news is I can do 1000m FC now...
The bad news is I need about 30-40 secs rest after each 50m
I am gooing to walk the swim Join me Nam...
Soooooo, if one is placed, does one get a medal though? Anyone know?
I wish you hadn't said about walking the swim. One of my OW fears is things under my feet.
Wear boots for the swim?
I can be happy with a tshirt. Need something to prove I have done it...
Also need to start on my UK medal / tshirt collection
No medals.
Keeps costs down. Cracking tri.
Pebble are you racing? feeling better?
<must remember to take a water bottle this year, after borrowing pebbles IM one and nearly chucking it into a hedge>
