Due to good tides this year we have been able to extend the cut-off to 4 hours. But please remember we will not stop you from completing the race after 4 hours. you will simply be directed onto the prom to run the sections which are likely to be under water after the 4 hours.
Spread the news if you fancy dipping your toes into adventure style running or are a hardened off road runner this race has it all.

ooooh how exciting we got a mention in the FLM events booklet that was sent to all runners. It is a shame they published that entries closed in February though

Didn't you marshall last year cliffy. I know you want to run this! It is a great run for anyone lurking. And TRRAC events are up there with the best organsised events in the country.
And the clue is in the title...... It was quite quick last year ! LOL.
For the title to be really accurate it would be more like Quicksands/flint/seaweed/steps/dunes/chalk 15.
