I am doing a sprint tri in 3 weeks time and have been following the runners world intermediate 12 week training plan (sort of!). This will take me to the race on 22nd June. 3 weeks after that I am doing my first open water event (women's only challenge) and am wondering what training I should do leading up to this. Also the minor detail of finding a wetsuit and trying out open water swimming!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way does anyone know the details of this race apart from the date 12th July. It wuold be handy to know start times etc as I don't know if I need to be there the day before or not???
