Just done my first 5k

The swansea Race for Life in 36 minutes.

The law of sod conspired against me and I woke up with a really sore throat and feeling generally a bit rubbish this morning, but I took some brufen and got on with it - and my legs didn't ache at all. I was hoping to do it in under 35 minutes, but that wasn't to be and I am still pleased with myself nevertheless.

Got a 10k in September to train for now.
