yep, another PB for me by 4mins. really enjoyed it. weather was about as good as you could hope for in November, i even took my gloves off before the start!

Not a PB for me in fact almost a PW at 59:44 but I did have a chest infection not that long ago so I'm not that bothered, just enjoyed the weather and the hot chocolate at the german market afterwards! I was TOO HOT during the run! even without the hat and gloves...
I do it every year and get slightly worse each year so maybe next year I'll break the 60 min barrier going the wrong way!

PB for me too - 46:54. A whopping 14 seconds off my previous PB, but I wasn't expecting to PB at all so I'll take even the tiniest PB!
YP1 - thanks for that link. Just had a look Leeds Abbey Dash pics. (Bib no 1856). Photos of me ruuning are usually carp but for once I actually look like a proper runner on some of them - I seem to have managed to get both feet off the ground at the same time - must have been taken during my sprint finish in sub 45 bid!
in this one i look like i'm putting in a lot off effort but going nowhere. i was "sprinting" to the finish!
Its always like that...cheer yourself up by setting another goal or target..maybe enter another race as then you have something to look forward to?
