Triple (yes triple) Ironman lunacy this weekend
So Friday Lake Anna , Virginia , Zuppy swims 3x iron dist around a lake and hopefully doesnt get dizzy around Midday Fri , their time 5 ish ours Lindi cycles 336 miles 67 laps of a 5 mile course. Like a wee hamster on a lil Orange bike, then the inimitable Candy runs a triple Mara.

what a brilliant challenge.
I've been sitting here thinking which leg i would hate least and decided that the three of them are equally horrible. i suppose at least you get over the swim quicker and can then get drunk.
