after hard track session last night went on steady run just now..10k in 42 minutes, hilly route and windy with sore knee so not too bad, average HR about 160BPM
one of my usual routes, so nice to get out and about
Yoghurt to be happy with that pace I know I wouldn't be cheesed off if I could run that quickly. Well done and keep us posted if you get any udder good times.
