Running after pregnancy - any tips?

I used to run before I got pregnant.  My baby boy is now 6 weeks old and I have been given the all clear from my GP to take up running again provided I dont overdo it as I had to have a section.  Anyone any tips on restartng after pregnancy - both to lose the baby weight and just for fun?

    my baby boy is 20 weeks old - ive been back running about 4 weeks now ....

    I tried to get back to it earlier but found it too tough and it wasn't enjoyable as I was so tired with sleepless nights and b feeding !

    Lol, my baby is now 9 months old and the sleepless nights don't go away, they just change image

  • Thanks for sharing your tips. I'm glad to read this. During my pregnancy, I used Maternity Body Pillows which make me feel comfortable to my back as well as my tummy. I advise to all my pregnant friends to use Pregnancy support pillows , it will surely help you a lot.
