Love is a strange description of it.
They are also doing a Chiltern challenge on 28th June. As I'm away for the Chiltern 100 I might do this one instead.
Ooooh Something to get me back on my bike, I live in Tonbridge and know most of the route, bit lumpy in places. Running has taken over at the moment and i haven't been on my road bike for over a year
, plus 60 mile sunday rides takes a lot longer than a 10 mile run and my children appreciate seeing more of me at the weekends.
But this would be something to aim for, and before anyone asks, no I can't swim more than a couple of lenghts of a 25m pool.
Its a starting place!

I've signed up again. I'm wearing the socks they gave us last year today.
To be fair, they are Sport Relief socks, not KCR socks, so praise for their quality really belongs elsewhere.
But it was nice of them to give them to us.

There's also Highclere on 7th June to add to the list. Who's done that before?
I might sign up for Chiltern and see how I feel. If I feel tip top, then I'll go for it. Otherwise I'll can it and do sommat else. Always keen to keep my options open.
Isnt Highclere the one they were escorted off from?

Im aiming to get going about 8am, if anyone wants to join DTB and I and make it a steady mini peleton aiming for about 7 hour ride time make yourself known.
