Entries for this have just opened. I'm thinking either 57 miles if I cycle there from home, or drive there and do the 77 miler. Entry is 8 pounds.

Anyone else fancy this. Surely we can find a good pub for a late lunch afterwards...

Ad if you are last, you get to eat all the cake and flapjacks left over
Which is nice.
Well, I'd love to join in.
Except I shall be in major tapir mode in kiwiland
Will check the schedule.....
Yep, it might work. 4 weeks after the Hell of Ashdown.
Lindi says please let her know if you are doing this ride and have ordered kit !
We will be there
I have a place and don't particularly want to do it because I haven't sat on the bike since the first weekend in January, but I think I should probably do it. And I'm booked in to stay with the parentals so I guess I can't get out of doing it. Sorry.
Im kind of tempted to come along and do it anyway, its public roads and as long I dont take anything from their feed stations etc I think this would be ok. I'll give them a small charity donation too.
Sorted, ill see you there (ive not ridden my bike since Florida)
Are you mostly doing the long or short? I quite fancy hurting and doing the long but would prefer to start early as not to be my usual last!
Does she mind you calling her that?
PSC yes I am though im a little wary its probably frowned upon.
Provided we dont congregate at the start or use any of the organisation (other than following the signs) I dont see any harm in it.
I may go and ask if there are any spare places on the day (im sure a dozen or so wont turn up). Either way, yes im going to ride the course. I'll put it down as pillaging experience
