? Which training plan

Now haveing confused myself by looking at 3 different training plans, i dont know hich one to use.

This is my first marathon i have trained for(edinburgh) but have run acouple of halfs in 1:37 and a 10km in october(43:13).

Im hoping to do Edinburgh in 3:20

The shades plan doesnt contain any speed or hill work only tempo easy and long runs although it does give you the option to add another run in.

The runners world plan looks ok with a good mix of all types of training but no hills.

The Garmin plan. Well lets say this would be my last resort as it is a 6 day a week schedule and honestly makes me cringe thinking about running that often, due to work and family commitments.

So its now down to 2 plans, image i am hoping to do my taining based on 3 runs a week and maybe a fourth if i can manage, this will have some mountain biking added in somewhere along the way as cross training.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has thoughts on this.
