drinks?

I have never run the lake vernwy half marathon, although i am on sunday and i was just wandering if anyone knows if there are places along the course where you get given drinks or do you have to take your own?

Yep - there are water stations so panic not. It's a really great race - a small hill at the start from the village up to the dam, then across the dam and flat as a pancake all the way round - and very fast, ideal for a PB. What comes up must come down so you get a terrifically fast downhill bit to the finish. Plus the organisation is second to none. See you there!

Meant to add - get there early as the road is narrow and twisty and there'll be a long queue to get into the (grass) car park.
