In six weeks my husband is due to run a marathon. Unfortunately he's been injured and ordered not to run (or do any other cardio exercise) for the last 4 weeks. Before that he was following a training schedule and was on track to do a 3.45 hour marathon. He's a fit person normally and this is not his first marathon. Has anyone any suggestions for a six week training schedule that will at least get him round? He really doesn't want to give up!
