  • Who was cycling on the local road that runs parallel to A1 south of Peterboro, heading up to Norman Cross, wedenesday morning around 10.30?

  • I suspect not, a liitle far away for him, and I  did not think he was training much at moment.

  • He's not ..but he might have been a bit lost!!

Slim Shady may well be up that way??

  • Foggy - that was me on my way home via Hadden and Warmington hills

  • JCDigger, where are you based?

Mrs Foggy spotted you, never seen a pirate on my home turf before.

  • I remember now, Oundle.

    Did you  join PACTRAC?

  • I never did join PACTRAC, i always seem to train early mornings as evenings always ends up as family time

Also my boy does cricket wed evening so i dont get chance to join in the mini series.

    Are you part of PACTRAC?

  • Who was the random pirate supporting the south downs mara yesterday. I think it was Tonka's mate, but can't remember his name and could not find him at the end. Anyway, he did a fab job of being a 1man support crowd. Thanks - great pirating.
  • Also brief sighting of ChilliBean at the start. Good luck at outlaw CB. I didn't see you again so don't know how you got on?
  • So this is over a week late........visiting my family on bank holiday weekend, and saw a Pirate descending through Sampford Peverell (Devon) with about 9 other riders on the Saturday afternoon. Anyone own up?

  • Well done to the Pirates at Bala, 'Rosey'  ,'Only for a laugh'(I think) and I am not sure who the lady pirate was but she was giving the blokes a good run for their money, so well done who ever you were.

  • Rosey and Avalaf I would imagine at Bala

Not sure who the lady was?

  • thanks M eldy, Avalaf it was!

  • and Colourin was the lady, Min was also there in duty I understand and Cona cycled over if there are any more unidentified pirates image

  • spoke to Cona, he was waiting for his OH

  • Nice to meet you RP, hope to catch you again at Outlaw, Colourin, you looked great well done, Ava, as always great to hook up and say hi, Elaine gave us a great sprint finish too, cheers to Cona for the pirate support !
  • I saw my first pirate, well pirates, yesterday at Tenby on the last day of the long course weekend, one guy and one female.  The commentator even called out "We have a pirate" as the guy finished the marathon!

  • Ferret and Hope   image

  • Hi PSC

Well, I finished and wasn't quite last! Wasn't it a stunning race?! Hope you had a good run. I quite like the very pretty green medal. My hubby and girls were waiting at the finish and were very excited to tell me that they had seen a real pirate image

    See you at Outlaw

  • think the pirates seen at Tenby will have been STIL and Muffin Top

  • three pirates at Dambuster today two blokes and a girly, I was wearing club kit but did manage to shout abuse at you all,,,,,,

  • I didnt realise SAGA had club kit     image

  • and you can feck off you old buzzard......it wasnt you they all had their own teeth

  • Plum I was cycling near Reading about 3 weeks ago and saw your clone. Poor guy was probably horrified by my screeching P L U M in his right ear as we passed. Explaining it to my cycling buddies was also interesting...

  • Plum-  that was JCdigger, Running Postie and myself. Also Foggy was there - not in kit though.I was the one that looked like he had seen better days image

  • That doesnt narrow it down much DK   image
