I'll be down there somewhere too - I'm visiting my Aunt who lives near Preston Park, then heading down to the seafront for a bit of shouting, then to the pub
I didn't make it to the pub after Brighton today, I was too busy suffering. Thanks for all the lovely Pirate support, especially Fraggle 'is that you Coops?!' My description wasn't that ridiculous after all
Hope you all had a great race and even better trip to the pub!
Are there many pirates doing the FLM this weekend? I'm working at the first aid post at the royal mint court (mile 22) - hopefully I will be quiet and cheering you all on!
Just saw a pirate (male) in the London Marathon - short mousey brown hair and some sort of facial fluff? Short sleeve monaco I think...I assume that's Cougs?
I bumped into Pudge on Sunday, and at the same sportive I also bumped into a pirates dad. I'm rubbish with names but he said the pirate was down in Wales.
It was indeed a good ride Pudge hope you enjoyed teh 100
Facial Fluff was indeed me ! I didn't see any other pirates on the course but Fat Face caught my eye on the Embankment - good to see him and his family in the pub and a few others too.
I'm quite glad I didn't need MedicGirls help - but thanks for the offer - I bet she was kept busy !
Apologies to the pirate I saw running in Gloucester tonight. Think may be Blisters. Shot past me before I had chance to acknowledge. Apologies again! Was in Abbemead.
Who was the pirate cycling North on the A23 at Salfords at lunchtime today? He didn't look as though he was enjoying life, but then again the hailstones probably weren't helping ...

Busy? I almost managed not to see a single runner (bar those lying on stretchers!) Fortunatly no pirate spotting in our tent

Well, I'm not sure being lovely will help people find me, but thank you all the same Dustboy
I was wondering who was the Pirate I spotted at Lincoln 10k last Sunday. Looks like this is the place to ask.
More than likely to be Cona, now he was out this morning

I'm also well practicsed at massaging tight legs!
There is usually a fairly good turn out .... Cougs for one I suspect !
Go Cougs!

Thought Cougs was clean shaven, Funkin has a bit of facial fluff not sure if he was in pirate kit though
I may have been mistaken about the facial fluff
Facebook is full of reports about Cougiue's full frontal appearance.
Funkin ran in club colours rather than pirate kit.
Saw 7755matt at the Manchester-Chester-Manchester sportive yesterday - my first real-life pirate spot!
Hope you had a good ride.

Arrrrrrrr That'd be me.
Testing out the full Pirate gear before Sunday. I'm still undecided whether to "dress right" "dress left" or risk the family jewellery.
Just been contemplating signing up for the 'Great Manchester Cycle' and spotted a pirate on the event website. Not sure who it is though:

Thats Horse
SA - I thought you were refering to the comment Blisters made about his dressing! Then I clicked on the link! Mucho relieved...

and why didn't they pop in my office for a cup of tea.
Could be Gladys on his way home - that would make him miserable as he was bound to be in touble for something!
Out on the mara course today my problems were solved with one simple road sign.
"Runners Keep Left"
My mistake for trying alternatives.
