After finally deciding to take the R bit of "RICE" seriously I returned to my 3 mile run this afternoon with some trepidation, deciding my ITB still needed some help I wore one of those white elasticky tubey grip type of supports as seen in boots
However after my warm up I had to remove said support as my muscles had expanded. So should I be wearing a support at all to go running in , and if so shoul dI get a nice Blue job ?

Another lesson learnt
I thought I might be stuck with the propblem long term, but after a couple of months and when the weather warmed up I ventured out without the support, built up the miles slowly and has been fine since.
