2 weeks to go - little training bcos of the dreaded ITB

So another ITB problem here - got it after my last long run - a week ago last sunday - so did massage and stretching - felt ok so went for another run on thurs - pain only felt after my run and some hours afterwards

more massages and rest later - what do i do - run again and see ?

of course am worried about fitness for LFM - i have done all the  training so am in good shape but am worried about not running at all this week

any advice
