Following on from my problems yesterday morning, I finally had a confirmation email 4 hours after completing the ballot entry. However, as my entry prior to that had not been confirmed I had inadvertently entered twice - the second email taking 11 hours to come through. Luckily have been in contact with the support line, another hour, and cancelled one entry.
