I had blood in urine after running last year. Not painful however. Had all the tests, (ultrasound, willie camera, antibiotics) and it turned out just to be excercise induced. Consultant said he saw a lot of it, often soldiers as marching causes this bleeding.
Still, since it could be really serious you do need to go and get the tests done.
