Mrs Nick is out on a WW-blowing night with work colleagues, only saving grace for her is she's driver so the cider points won't pile up but they are going for a curry & the best one she found was about 16 points (exc poppadoms, naan etc etc). I however had half a pound of pasta with some lightly stir fried veg and did a run earlier this evening so am sooooooooooo virtuous.
Still toying with ideas for a little stroll on 31st May but I'll give you time to get over tomorrow & Sunday's little jaunts. I've got a couple of really good ideas for routes (about 30m or 37m) but need to think about the logistics.
