5000m was in atrotious conditions! the sinds were so high that the hailstones were blowing sideways, i hvae all these wee bruises on the side of my head from where the hailstones were hitting my face and arms and legs.
there was literally 2cm of water lying on the track. i came second, byt the other guy played dirty, he stuck in my windbreak for the whole race, really, the whole race, i kept slowing down to make him move in front of me, but he didn't come forward, i even tried to m,ove behind him, but he blocked me moving back, he's such a cock. sprinted out ahead of me in thelast 100m, and i had lost him for a good three laps too, i just made the mistake of looking back to see where he was at that stage. i could so easily hvae come first. but i'll kick his ass at the ulster champs
