Feeling Sluggish?!

I've been running for just over a year and have recently completed the FLM in 3.25, the only problem is I want to continue running and break my PB's at various distances but since running the marathon I feel completely depleted of energy. I set off full off good intentions but seem to lack any enthusiasm once I'm out of the house, this Saturday I set of to do a steady 10 miler but after 4 I took a short cut home and only completed 7.5 miles. I also find myself making excuses for not running during the week which is not like me at all, can anybody shed any light on my dilemna, I've heard this can be down to the marathon?!!!
