No medal for me that day, I've had an email to say that one will be sent to me in the post. That is the trouble when you are a slow runner things run out before you finish.
Enjoyed the race very much , it has been a while since I last competed in the run. I shall definately be doing it again next year. We were very lucky with the weather so in all it made it a very worthwhile event.
It was good to see Bryan Dale behind the camera as always , who has over the years become a familiar figure at events throughout the country without Bryan the race would not be the same. Super guy who provides FREE PHOTOGRAPHS and due to his skill behind the camera the results are always first class. Families related to the runners are only too pleased to own one of his photos. Keep up the good work Bryan and hope to see you for many years to come. Runningjohn.

Thanks to One City,One Club, B'ham Snail and John Noakes who added really nice comments about my photos.
Honestly it does make it all so worthwhile.
I hope to see you all again in the near future.
In the meantime all the best with your training.
Kind regards.
