That's ok Gail - email away! I haven't done the Great Baddow before. Do you live out that way? I'm in Billericay.
Just got back from feeding/cuddling neighbour's bald cat. Aaaahhh.. he seems so lonely. I'd like to bring him here to look after instead.. but don't know what the nutty Siameses will do. Probably gang up on the poor little bald thing and show off about their beautiful silky, shiny coats.. while he is as bald as a... well, a bald cat!
Nah, I think I'll go for Essex as the Hook one might not be accepting entries on the day - would hate to have to sit around watching the motorbike race instead (that's a bit rich considering he drove me to Hogsmill the other day tee hee hee)
Just back from a 30 minute run round MK. Stopped at staff canteen for a salad and couscous and discovered I was due in a meeting so had to stare at the food for an hour before eating it!
Benz - you might be lucky. It's been alternating here with hail for a few minutes, then the sun's been shining. At the moment, sky is blue, sun is shining... but rain clouds lurking! I'm impressed that you're going running! Me...? Can barely walk love!
yes but thats WARM water Alan hail is cold Off back to work shortly, to talk to some mad relatives Then i have to go to the local kidney patients association meeting tonight The run will be squeezed in between the two
I'm going home now since I seem to be far too late to go to this afternoon's Protected Learning Time meeting (I don't like them anyway, but can't say why without being extremely uncomplimentary about elderly singlehanded GPs with list sizes of about 50,000 and more interest in talking about money than about medicine). I shall have either a soggy run or a trip to the what my children call the gime-nastyum later.

Have also found a 10 miler in Hook, and as the boyf is doing a motorbike race in Whitley that is also a strong contender for the weekend....
